FAIR FAQ's

Parking
Handicap parking is available at IFG Main Gate, Jacklin Gate, and Arena Gate with designated spaces. Please have your handicap stickers visible for parking attendants.
Parking is $5 per vehicle per day. Daily passes or 5-Day parking passes may be pre-purchased at the fair office Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm prior to the start of the Fair.

Overflow parking can be found at the CDA High School. The Fair Shuttle will run consistently from the HS parking lot between the hours 3pm-7pm IF the Fairgrounds lots are full.

Restrooms
Inside Building 1 in Southwest corner (handicapped accessible)
Inside Between Buildings 2 and 3 (handicapped accessible)
Under the Grandstand (handicapped accessible)
Building 18 on Main Midway (handicapped accessible)
West end of Building 25 (Jacklin Building) (handicapped accessible)

Port-a-Potties are located throughout the grounds with hand washing stations.

ATMs
Between Building 1 & Fair Office
Southeast corner of Food Court
North end of the grandstands
At each of the four entry gates

Carnival Ticket Offices

Drinking Fountains
Located between Building 1 & 2 inside next to concession
West end of Building 25

About Smoking
Smoking is NOT permitted in any building or grandstands. Designated smoking areas will be provided for the convenience of all patrons.

First Aid
Kootenai County Fire Protection Co-op will man the First Aid Station located just Northwest of the Jacklin Building. Hours are 9 am to Midnight, Wednesday, August 21, through Saturday, August 24, and 9 am to 8 pm on Sunday, August 25.

Lost Children
The booth is located on the South Midway under the trees.

Customer Service & Information Booth
Fair programs, grounds maps, exhibitor’s location and general information is dispensed at this booth located on the Main Midway.

Pets
NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED ON THE FAIRGROUNDS AT ANY TIME!
This includes dogs, cats, ferrets, etc., on a leash, in a carrier, purse or large bag, or held in a person’s arms. The only exceptions are service animals or dogs part of an attraction, exhibit or demonstration.
Visitors found with pets will be asked to take them home. Animals are not to be left in unattended vehicles in the parking lot under any circumstance. This policy is in place not only for the safety of other visitors, but for the welfare of the animal.

Security
Command Post for Kootenai County Sheriff Department personnel is located at Gate A entrance.
Security personnel are on the grounds 24 hours per day beginning at 1 pm on Monday, August 19, through 7 am, Monday, August 26.


Lost & Found
Inside the Fair Office (South side of Building 1).

Refunds
Ticket sales are final and will not be refunded for any reason.

The following items are prohibited on the Fairgrounds premises:
WEAPONS (except those permitted by law), BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS, INLINE SKATES, ROLLER SKATES, MOTORIZED VEHICLES AND PETS.

Backpacks and bags are subject to search.

ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL.
