To request a refund on Tickets,
If you purchased your tickets online - your refund will automatically be sent to the card you used. Please allow 15 business days for this process to complete.
If you purchased your ticket at the North Idaho State Fair office please email us:
- Name on the order
- Order ID number
- Number of tickets
- Contact information (phone, mailing address)
Purchases will be refunded in the following ways:
Purchases made with Credit Card
Purchases made with Cash or Check
- Purchases made via credit card online or in person at the North Idaho State Fair office will be refunded to the card used in the original purchase. Refunds may take up to 15 business days. We encourage you to delete tickets from your email or destroy physical tickets. PLEASE NOTE: Tickets that have been refunded will have their barcodes deactivated and will not be usable for entry to the 2021 North Idaho State Fair.
Purchases made at off site locations
- Purchases made via cash or check at the North Idaho State Fair office will be refunded by check
- Please do not contact those locations regarding refunds. Purchases made via credit card, cash, or check at off site locations will be refunded by check from the Fair office.
The North Idaho State Fair office is currently open from 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, please email Fair@NISFair.Fun.
