Current Openings:

Finance Manager & Vendor Coordinator

Full-time exempt position.

Finance Manager Portion:
Responsible for financial records of the North Idaho State Fair and Kootenai County Fairgrounds: accounts payable, financial reports, payroll, HR documents, on-boarding of new employees, benefit records, taxes, statements and balance summaries.

Vendor Coordinator Portion:
Responsible for the formulation of commercial vendors during the Fair and interim events, ensure vendor liability insurance and sales tax form requirements are obtained, map out booths/vendor camping/VIP parking.

Required knowledge, skills & abilities:
- Quickbooks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Extensive understanding of event production, contract negotiation and crowd safety
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to be adaptable to changes in technology
