Vendor Applications Are Now Live
Are you interested in becoming a vendor or concessionaire at the 2026 North Idaho State Fair?
Applications for new vendors and concessionaires are now open. All vendors and concessionaires who participated in the 2025 fair have already been contacted via email with instructions to renew their license for 2026.
If you were a 2025 vendor and did not receive a renewal email, please contact our Vendor Manager at 208 765 4969 or email Evan@northidahostatefair.com and we will be happy to help.
All applications are managed through EventHub. To apply, you will first need to create a business profile in EventHub (or log into your existing account). Once logged in, you can find our application by selecting the “Find Events” tab and searching for North Idaho State Fair 2026.
