2 pm – 7 pm: Poultry Testing (Mandatory)

2 pm - 7 pm: Rabbit Tattooing

August 8 – Friday
12 pm: Late Entry Deadline

August 14 – Thursday

6 - 8 pm: All Livestock Vet Check - enter off Dalton Ave

7 - 10 am: All Livestock Vet Check - enter off Dalton Ave

August 15 – Friday

8 am: ADGA Showmanship
10 am: ADGA Judging
2 pm: Poultry Judging
5 pm: Prospect/Progress Weigh-ins (All Species)
*each species will weigh at their own scales*

August 16 – Saturday

10 am: Swine Judging

10 am: Beef Judging

12 pm: ARBA Judging

12 pm: Sheep Judging

12 pm: Meat Goat Judging

August 17 – Sunday

10 am: Showmanship Final Drive Round Robin

8-9 pm: Removal of all Gem State Stock Show Livestock Entries

Exhibitor Packet Pick Up

Packet Pickup:

Packet pick-up starts tomorrow, August 6th and will continue through the beginning of the Fair.
Packets will be distributed from the Livestock Office located to the south of the Jacklin Building. Look for a dark green shed with a brown roof!
Packets can be picked up at the following times:
- August 6th from 8 AM to 7 PM
- Wednesday, August 13th from 8 AM to 5 PM
- Thursday, August 14th from 8 AM to 5 PM

Vet Check Information

Check In Map

Vet Checks will Occur at the Following Times:

Thursday, Aug 14th from 6-8 PM (ALL ADGA exhibitors must vet check this evening)
Friday, Aug 15th from 7-10 AM

Large Livestock:

Please enter off of Dalton Avenue and drive forward until you see the Vet Check Stop signage
The vet will check your animals in your trailer and give you a Vet Check slip
Bring the Vet Check slip with you to your barn to be allowed to place your animals
