August 1 – Friday

12 pm: Pre-entry deadline

August 5 & 6 – Tuesday & Wednesday
2 pm – 7 pm: All pre-entered exhibits to Building 17. New exhibits go to Building 1.

August 25 – Monday

3 pm – 7 pm: Entries can be removed, and premiums picked up!

The Barbara Renner First Time Exhibitor's Grant is open to youth participating in a department for the first time and will reimburse expenses.
