August 1 - Friday

12 pm: Pre-entry deadline in the Fair Office

August 6 – Wednesday

Last day to enter Vintage Agricultural Equipment

August 5 & 6 – Tuesday & Wednesday

2 pm – 7 pm: Entry days for non-perishable exhibits, all Departments. Pre-Entered exhibits tags are available for pick up in Building 1.

August 14 – Thursday

7 am – 12 pm: Bring new or pre-entered exhibits for Department 2, 3, 4, and Thursday Flower Show to the Fairgrounds, Building 9.

1 pm – 7 pm: Bring new or pre-entered exhibits for Department 2, 3, and 4 to the Fairgrounds, Building 9.

August 20 – Wednesday

7am – 10 am: Bring Wednesday Flower Show entries to the Fairgrounds, Building 9.

August 25 – Monday

3 pm – 7 pm: Entries can be removed, and premiums picked up!

The Barbara Renner First Time Youth Exhibitor's Grant is open to youth exhibiting for the first time in a new department. This grant helps with reimbursement for the cost associated with an exhibit.
